What is the purpose of the app?

Quick estimates of Dental services based on the individualized price lists (service-list) of the Dentist and uploading the patient’s treatment plan to any resource (instant messenger, email, file sharing). The patient is able to see which tooth is going to be treated and which service is going to be provided, which makes it easier to understand the treatment plan and the price-list.

Every estimate is individualized. It contains Dentist’s signature and personal comments, which helps to sell your services.

Main features:

  1. Simple calculation of the treatment plan (estimate) based on an individual price-list (service-list).
  2. Uploading Treatment plan to any resource (Cloud service, email or messenger).
  3. Visualization of treatment plan for the patient.
  4. Providing individuality and aesthetics to each uploaded treatment plan.
  5. Confidentiality (all the data is stored on your device).

How the application works:

  1. Simply add a new patient, then, choosing a tooth and a service, from your price-list, create a treatment plan for a patient.
  2. Create an estimate; the app visualizes the estimate itself. Process of visualizing only lasts up to 1 minute.
  3. Upload your x-ray files, add or change steps of your treatment plan.
  4. Upload your estimate to any resource (e-mail, messenger, cloud services, etc).
  5. Create your price-list, with your own prices and services; add an icon to each service, which will be visible on the final estimate on the tooth map.
  6. In ‘Settings’ create your text ‘before’ and ‘after’ the estimate.
  7. Use the app to call your patients: choose a patient from your list and tap on the phone icon.

How to use all the features of the app?

To use all the features of app you need to get a subscription in the App Store (you can do that in the app before uploading your estimate, choosing one of three subscription options).

What is the difference between free and premium (pro) version?

The free version has a few limitations:

  1. Limited number of patients and treatment plans you can add (up to 5 patients).
  2. Uploading an estimate for the patient with a visualized treatment plan is unavailable in a free version.

Is it possible to try the PRO version of the app for free?

Everyone who subscribes for the PRO version gets a FREE one-month trial to try all the features of the app and quickly create your good-looking estimates for your patients.
